IT Business Analyst

Calling for Business Analyst based in or near Switzerland to join a highly reputable client headquartered in Geneva for a contract opportunity.
The role is mainly remote with 2 weeks required onsite in the first 6 months.
Duration: 6 months (high possibility of extensions)

The selected Business Analyst will provide their expertise to define and document clear and unambiguous business requirements that will be used to evaluate and select a fit-for-purpose CRM product, an implementation partner, develop a CRM roadmap for client and contribute to the definition of CRM data models, data governance, data sources and integrations.

Required experience:
· At least 5 years experience as Business Analyst.
· Extensive experience in performing the role of a business analyst in large-scale IT software application development or data management projects with dozens of stakeholders.
· Strong knowledge and experience in using tools to document processes and workflows, such as Use Case Diagrams, Data and Process Flow Diagrams etc.
· Demonstrated experience in analysing complex data structures, conducting data analysis, and data modelling.
· Strong knowledge in measuring and tracking delivery of systems as fit for purpose and in accordance with agreed requirements (KPIs, quality measurements & control points)
· Confident communicator and team player, with advanced/proficient level written and verbal English communication skills
