Calling for Mobile Customer Support engineers!
One of our clients, a global manufacturing company, is looking for Mobile Customer Support Engineers to join them:
The selected profile will be a High speed automation engineer with preferably an electrical qualification, focus on customer service skills.
Banking sector experience not necessary but always preferred.
50/50 electromechanical engineers
Purpose:
To ensure that the customer site in the area to which he is assigned is operational to the Company’s contractual obligations.
The selected Mobile Customer Support Engineer will be involved in the following tasks:
- Preventive maintenance
- Corrective maintenance
- Note Counter maintenance / repairs
- Maintain site stock
- Maintain documentation
- Liaise with customer
- Liaise with Service Manager
- Operator Training
Required skills/experience:
- Engineering apprenticeship / experience ; Electrical apprenticeship
- Engineering training and qualifications. Experience in the Service Industry preferable.
- Specific product training M5/M7, CPS, C1, C2, C4, C5, X7 / X8 Laurel Note counters, Erapa equipment (as appropriate) – Bundlers, shrink wrap equipment, Coin equipment (as appropriate)
- Coin equipment, (heavy & desk-top) Coin ancillary equipment
- Preferable but not essential – Datacard MX6100 experience preferred, Canon VP140 experience, Bowe Systec (mail sort)‚ Enveloper.
Site Locations: Glasgow or Edinburgh
Salary range: £32,000 – 34‚000+ vehicle and 17.5% mobile allowance.
40h/week
