A financial client in Luxembourg is looking for a bilingual Enterprise Architect to join them ASAP, and initially till the end of 2021, with strong likelihood of extensions.

The role of the Enterprise Architect will be to contribute to the elaboration and evolution of architectures, including Business, Data, Application and Technical layers with a functional focus.

You will be involved in all strategic projects, and work together with Business Process team, Functional Analysts and IT Experts to design flexible, scalable and robust overall architectures.

Requiredtechnical skills and knowledge:

 

  • Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Economics or Finance management (BAC + 5)
  • Strong Technological background (Frontend, Java, Spring, Microservice and API);

React Front End Developer

We have an exciting contract role in the picturesque city of Luxembourg for a Front-End Developer with React or Angular.  Being in Luxembourg, we are looking for candidates that can speak English and French. Ideally can start as soon a possible and are happy to live and work in Luxembourg.

The role is paying €450 per day, as the role is outside of the UK, IR35 does not apply.

The role:

o Contribute to the functional, application and technical analysis and designs

o Ensure developments with the rest of the team in compliance with our standards

o Prepare and participate to the deployment

o Manage all the required testing phases to ensure high quality deliverables

o Write a documentation enabling a full understanding of all the functional, application and technical aspects of the solution with the goal of easing future maintenance and evolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile & Waterfall projects

• Experience in Risk/Credit (IT systems and operations)

IT skills

• Expertise level in one or more frontend technologies (React JS / Angular, Typescript, etc)

Business Analyst

Business Analyst with Microsoft 365 Compliance Center experience required for contract opportunity!

The selected Business analyst will join a financial sector client based in Luxembourg, and work closely with the Data Leakage Prevention subject matter experts (SMEs).

As a Business Analyst, your role will involve (but not be limited to) the following tasks:

  • Design and configure reports and dashboards in the Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre;
  • Generate reports and dashboards in Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre or other reporting tools as required (such as Excel);
  • Operate the Data Loss Prevention component in Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre (e.g. definition of policies);
  • Monitor the tool indicators, ensure thresholds are respected and adequate notification/escalation mechanisms are activated;
  • Provide end-user support for queries related to notifications and other tool behaviour (e.g. blocking of emails) related to the Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre;
  • Suggest improvements and perform fine-tuning for the tool operation;
  • Document decisions and design related to their own activities;
  • Investigation of operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements;
  • Assist in defining acceptance tests.

Required technical skills and experience:

  • Document and Content Management,
  • Reporting (including regulatory reporting),
  • Operational support on the monitoring of the M365 tool,
  • Knowledge of M365 Compliance Center (in particular Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention components),
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (advanced use of Excel is mandatory).
  • Methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business goals, objectives, functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based;
  • Definition of requirements for improving processes, systems, reporting mechanisms and reducing their costs, enhancing their sustainability, and the quantification of potential business benefits;

Our client is looking for a French fluent Functional Business Analyst to join their Core IT Department, and be part of Treasury & Derivatives Value Chain to work on their Transformation Plan and on Regulatory / Market Mandatory projects.

 

The role of the selected Functional Business Analyst will include the following deliverables :

  • Understanding of business needs, challenge them (must-to-have versus nice-to-have), prioritize and formalize them in business requirements.
  • Lead functional & technical analysis by proposing implementation scenarios, based on architectural principles and guidelines.
  • Ensure global information consistency, quality and be part of the documentation and validation process with the actors of projects.
  • Overall coordination of the analysis, design and test phases in collaboration with all teams involved (including various external partners).
  • Cover activities such as refinement of requirements, design solutions in line with the current and the future application landscape.
  • Preparation & execution of test phases. Specify test conditions and expected results based on requirements by conducting functional tests phases.
  • Collaborate with all teams involved by the value chain and manage the dependencies with others.
  • Strong communication skills to share the progress with all actors involved (Business, internal & external partners).

Required skills and experience :

  • Proven experiences of functional analysis for many years in Treasury, Financial Markets or Market Risk IT domains.
  • Ability to understand business processes and to structure functional specifications.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the banking processes.
  • Good knowledge in integration of packages in a complex IT landscape.
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling Methods - MEGA / HOPEX solution for Enterprise Architecture and UML design will be an advantage.
  • Experience with testing tools (HP ALM).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and French. You are able to participate actively in English and French meetings.
  • Familiar with Front, Middle and Back Offices systems, especially with current and target systems : Finastra Kondor+, TEMENOS T24 Core Banking System, …
  • Interest in bank regulations such as BMR, EMIR, SFTR, … is an asset.
