Il s'agit d'une mission 100% sur site.

Nous recherchons un Administrateur de bases de données déjà basé au Luxembourg ou dans les pays voisins et disposé à travailler entièrement sur site.

L'Administrateur de base de données sera chargé d’effectuer les tâches suivantes :

  • Concevoir une implémentation des systèmes de bases de données
  • Administrer et maintenir en conditions opérationnelles les bases de données
  • Assurer le support technique auprès des utilisateurs
  • Se tenir au courant des évolutions technologiques et proposer des axes d’amélioration
  • Automatiser et mettre à disposition des outils de gestion des bases de données

Profil technique recherché :

  • Postgres et/ou Oracle et/ou SQL Server
  • Langages Python, shell, Yaml.
  • Connaissances sur Ansible, Ansible Tower, Git, Jenkins (CI/CD), Terraform
  • Connaissances sur Kubernetes

Excellent contract opportunity for an experienced DevOps Engineer (Azure)  to join our leading clients growing development team who will contribute to the continued success of products and technical solutions.

You will design, develop and in some cases own the automated deployment, maintenance and monitoring of  SaaS products, using your experience to achieve this within optimal cost.

Working with Development Teams, within a Scrum framework, you will design and implement robust procedures for deployment to internal and external environments to minimise downtime and proactively address information security risks through principles of shared responsibility across the Microsoft Azure platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain and optimise infrastructure as code across Azure.
  • Implement continuous integration, deployment and infrastructure / application monitoring through collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Implement processes to support the availability of appropriate pre and production environments for team members including Developers and QA Professionals.
  • Support and improve monitoring tools to provide early visibility to the business of (1) Compliance to performance, availability, incident SLA’s; (2) scaling
  • decision making around addition resources; (3) escalation of critical events (from security to performance  and capacity management).

Role accountabilities

  • Build and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) solutions in an Azure environment with Jenkins at the centre and automate the code delivery pipeline with the goal of one click deployments, rollbacks, and parameterised builds.
  • Create, maintain and optimise infrastructure as code across Azure.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement, through automation, documentation, process change, or working methods, in addition to business-generated requirements.
  • Implement continuous integration, deployment and infrastructure / application monitoring through collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Implement processes to support the availability of appropriate pre and production environments for team members including Developers and QA Professionals.
  • Support and improve monitoring tools to provide early visibility to the business of (1) Compliance to performance, availability, incident SLA’s; (2) scaling decision making around additional resources; (3) escalation of critical events (from security to performance and capacity management).
  • Be a DevOps champion, subscribe to the DevOps mentality and the philosophy of automating everything.
  • Work with the development team to cross-pollenate DevOps processes and ensure that new architectures are drawn up with “ease of management”, delivery, and operability in mind.
  • Collaborate with the Information Security team to review risks as well as implement and maintain appropriate controls.
  • Troubleshoot application and service issues or system outages while clearly communicating status updates with management and engineering teams.
  • Coach and mentor staff members through training and individual support.
  • Manage a junior DevOps Engineer in the creation and maintenance of high[1]quality deliverables within agreed project deadlines.

• Make use of relevant in-house applications of customers to facilitate the work placement.

Hybrid remote/onsite work model.

The selected Operations Engineer will be joining the Middleware Architecture team of our client to perform some of the operational tasks directly in relation with the agile team delivery.

You’ll be integrated in an agile team (scrum methodology), with some other developers,

architects, product owner and scrum master.

Your role:

In this team, you will perform the following type of tasks:

• aligning with stakeholders on their requirements

• you’ll participate to the standard agile ceremonies

• you’ll participate to some of the component development

• you’ll develop scripts to automate installation, configuration and deployment

• you’ll closely work with middleware operational team to perform several operation tasks

following their standards and their procedure:

  • Daily synch with operational team
  • Operational documentation of procedures
  • Share of knowledge with operational team
  • Setup & deployment of components in different environments
  • Configuration of components

The successful Operations Engineer will have proven experience with:

Endeavour has a long-term contract opportunity for a Selenium specialist to join a reputable banking sector client, based in Luxembourg.

The role will be a mix of onsite/home-based work: the expectation is to work onsite at least 1 day per week.

The selected Selenium specialist profile will be responsible for the following deliverables:

  • Develop test scenarios for functional, integration, usability and performance testing based on business and technical requirements
  • Implement tests automation using Katalon/Selenium (FE and BE)
  • Write test scripts for manual tests and create test data for complex integrated system
  • Maintain existing test suite (auto and manual)
  • Support the application releases, by monitoring and stabilizing the existing automated test suites execution
  • Build test plan, perform test execution, report issues and perform quality checks after issue resolution
  • Participate in manual regression testing
  • Reviews test scenarios, scripts and test data developed by other team members
  • Document testing activities (management of test execution results in test management tool, contribute to creation of test reports and quality assurance metrics)

Experience/Functional and technical skills requested:

  • Proven experience in a testing environment in cross-functional teams  (2+ years)
  • Proven hands - on experience in script development using scripting languages (2+ years)
  • Experience using test management/tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Xray)
  • Experience with test automation Selenium with JAVA mandatory, SoapUI, source code repository (e.g GitHub), continuous integration tool (Jenkins)
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • SQL, relational databases
  • Katalon experience is considered an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills, good time management skills
