The duration of this exciting contract role is initially for 1 month with possibility of long term extension thereafter and the all-inclusive daily rate for this role is dependent on experience.

The successful Jira/Atlassian Expert will be responsible for the following -

Our client is looking for someone with technical expertise on a JIRA / Atlassian eco system to support the implementation of the already defined service management strategy. Our clients JIRA system is already in place and is heavily used internally.

They are not looking at reviewing processes and workflows, therefore the selected candidate is expected to be on the technical side.

The successful Jira/Atlassian Expert must be able to complete the following tasks -

  • Perform an initial assessment of the existing use of JIRA application.
  • Gather needs from all teams.
  • Propose directions, improvements and solutions on various challenges currently faced.
  • Propose evolutions to reach ITSM standards and comply with Service Management strategy.

What you would need to deliver:

  • Initial review of JIRA use.
  • Document summarizing the evolutions needed, based on sections input
  • Proposed tools, modules, plugins and configurations to reach ITSM strategy.
  • Implementation roadmap.

Front-End Developer

Calling Front-end developers for fantastic contract opportunities!

An award-winning full service digital marketing agency, with offices in London, Leeds and New York is looking for HTML and CSS superstar contractors as they need someone to join them for a 3 month contract (potentially longer) starting early June to work in the Leeds office.

The project for the website build will be in the engineering and manufacturing space, but no specific brand experience is required.

The successful Front-End developer will be able to provide work evidence, showing strong HTML and CSS, and will get involved into primarily creating static templates alongside another lead front-end developer who will be running the project.

Skills/experience required:

  • 5 years+ experience
  • Strong HTML5 and CSS
  • SASS and BEM knowledge (or equivalent)
  • Experience of vanilla JavaScript and jQuery
  • Experience of cross-browser compatibility and device testing
  • An understanding of accessibility (WCAG)

TVV Manager

Endeavour Recruitment has an exciting new contract opportunity for a TVV (Test) Manager to join an international security client in The Hague, Netherlands. It is essential that you possess valid/current SC or Nato Secret clearance to be considered for this position as a TVV (Test) Manager. This contract is until the end of December 2019 and the all-inclusive rate for this role is €80 euros per hour.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assessment of the test artefacts produced by the contractor
  • Ensure test coverage of the contract requirements
  • Coordination of the review of the test plans and test cases
  • Preparation and attendance of the test events
  • Support the test director on resource planning and reporting

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • MUST HAVE VALID/CURRENT SC OR NATO SECRET CLEARANCE.
  • You have 5+ years of knowledge and experience in test management
  • At least 5+ years of knowledge and experience in requirement management.
  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in development of Test Plans, Test Cases and setting up, executing and documenting test results
  • At least 5+ years of testing experience in managing user acceptance and data migration testing.
  • 5+ years’ experience in analysing test results and writing test reports.
  • Must have an ISTQB foundation qualification
  • Must have an ITIL foundation qualification
  • Must have a Prince2 foundation qualification
  • Must have a Requirement management certification/qualification

QA Test Analyst

Endeavour Recruitment is looking for Test Analysts for their client based in Brighton.  This is primarily a Manual Testing role, but experience of Automated Testing would be advantageous.  Training for this would also be provided.  Between 2-5 years’ experience required.  The salary on offer is between £25K to £30K.
