Data Scientist Fraud Detection

Endeavour Recruitment has a rare opportunity for an expert in the field of Computer Science.  Candidates should have a Masters or Doctorate in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics, and experience in the fraud detection domain.  Contract 12 Months + Renewal Opportunities.  EUR€65 per hour.

 

As a Data Scientist you would be joining a Fraud Detection team currently designing tools that has a focus on distinguishing web traffic subsets that contain irregularities and are potentially malicious.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or physics.
  • Experience of managing large datasets using toolsets in either R or Python.
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning models.
  • Knowledgeable on relational and non-relational databases, SQL Apache, Spark.
  • Experienced using H20.ai, KNIME, SparkML is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years’ experience using machine learning models to resolve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.

Lead Software Engineer
