Role and Responsibilities:
- 50% : As part of the operational team
- Investigate incidents reported by your team members
- Investigate reported incidents and problems
- Document solutions
- 50 % : As part of the project team under the supervision of the project leader and technical lead participate in the tasks at hand. Will take the role of technical lead on smaller projects.
