Endeavour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Java Developer. Based in Cork, this is a 6-month contract position working for one of the largest companies in the country! This will be a technically challenging position, working on a major enterprise application.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years commercial front end Java EE experience (Java, JPA, Servlets, JSP or JSF).
- Spring, Hibernate, JPA and REST
- N-Tier application design and development
- Web and web service development
- Strong understanding of latency
- Develop unit tests and understand build systems (MVN, GIT)
Desired Skills
- Rules Engines knowledge particularly Drools
- JJavaSpaces
- GWT
- Atlassian suite (JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crucible, Confluence)
- Docker
- Groovy
