The successful candidate must have either a Masters’ Degree or PhD in Electronic and RF, as well as 8 + years’ of related engineering experience. You would be expected to lead on complex RF and MW engineering research assignments, lead RF and MW Board Engineering team as a technical strategy expert.
Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity of Working in a Research Environment is essential
- English Fluency – Spoken and Written
- Strong knowledge of Base Station or Radar Systems
- Prior success in research projects within a commercial environment
- Experience with EM simulation tools
- Prior delivery of prototypes of base station antennas or Radar antennas
- Knowledge of design challenges for 5G
- Previous design experience and understanding of RF/MW architecture
