Endeavour Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for a 3rd Line Support Analyst with a global manufacturing and services business based in Wembley.
As a 3rd Line Support Specialist you be joining a friendly & professional team and be responsible for ensuring the availability of the Server and SAN infrastructures, through system maintenance, monitoring and checks. The role will be a mix of BAU and project work in an ever evolving global infrastructure, ensuring ongoing technical development.
Your skill set will need to have a solid mix of the following;
- Microsoft Windows Server to 2012 R2
- Microsoft Office to 2016
- Citrix (XenServer)
- Symantec Backup Exec
- SharePoint
- Checkpoint
- Sophos
- Cisco
- VMware
- Experience of NetApp System Manager, Juniper, MS SQL and Lotus Notes are all beneficial
