Endeavour Recruitment has a rare opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst. Good working knowledge of UML, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma and IDEFO required. This is a 3 month contract with the opportunity of renewal. Excellent rate of £400-£410 per day.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of the current business processes, through to making recommendations to improve productivity. You must therefore have at least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, be able to work without supervision and adept at communicating with stakeholders at all levels. Previous experience of analytics in a call centre environment would be advantageous.
