Endeavour Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Support Engineer to join our leading client based in Edinburgh. This is a permanent position and will work to a hybrid model.
To ensure that the customer site in the area is operational to the Company’s contractual obligations.
Provide structured customer training.
Submit paperwork in accordance with company and Customers guidelines.
Essential skills & requirements:
Specific product training BPS M5/M7, C1, BPS C4, C2, C5, X8, Laurel Note counters, Erapa equipment (as appropriate) – Datacard products, Bowe Systec, Canon Printers,
Fully IT conversant across a range of packages
