This is a hybrid role - location: Düsseldorf area
The selected Project Manager will lead a cross-functional team responsible for data migration activities.
As a Project Manager, your role will include the following deliverables:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan for data migration, considering timelines, resources, and dependencies.
- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Identify risks, issues, and challenges associated with data migration and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define data migration requirements, processes, and methodologies.
- Develop and implement data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading strategies.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security during the migration process.
- Monitor and validate data migration activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and execute data migration test plans and perform data reconciliation.
