Our rapidly growing client is recruiting for a PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Analyst to join a Manchester-based Marketing team. As part of the team, you’ll play a crucial role to generate a high-quality pipeline to support rapid growth plans.

Salary : £28-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience + benefits

Office based role

Our client is a Software-as-a Service (SaaS) product that helps project-based companies to win, deliver and manage their projects more profitably. It combines CRM, job costing, project management, project financials, resourcing and business intelligence to help companies drive performance and growth.

Responsibilities

Play a central role in forming effective paid search strategies to drive pipeline generation

Launch and optimise PPC campaigns across Google, LinkedIn & Facebook

Lead on keyword build out / selection and audience targeting

Write attractive and concise copy for adverts

Monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain better ROI across a six figure paid media budget

Track KPIs to assess campaign performance and pinpoint issues

Contribute to conversion rate optimisation and landing page A/B testing

Continuously experiment in order to improve campaign performance

Produce reporting and commentary on campaign performance

Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels

Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends

Requirements

Experience in a similar PPC / paid media / digital marketing role in a B2B context

3+ years’ experience in running campaigns on Google Ads, and ideally LinkedIn & Facebook

Experience in data analysis and reporting

Experience in managing paid media budgets

An understanding of conversion rate optimisation (desirable)

Collaborative working style, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Data driven and analytical, able to make decisions and recommendations based on data analysis

Soft Skills

Ability to work as part of a team, taking the initiative as part of a high performing, engaged, diverse team, focused on providing A+ client service

Able to work with management to promote a continuous improvement culture across the function that focuses on service quality and costs, by involving all colleagues in joint problem solving

A proven ability to deliver under pressure

Strong work ethic, possessing a ‘roll your sleeves up’ mentality and approach

Able to thrive in a fast-paced SME environment where proactivity to solving problems and ability to ‘think on your feet’ is a daily practice
