Service Delivery Manager - Required - NHS Trusts
We are looking for a skilled Service Delivery Manager with excellent people skills and a proven track record in putting processes in place and delivering to Primary Care Trusts / CCU (Commissioning Support Unit) / CCG (Clinic Commission Group)
The project is based in the Walsall, the Midlands, although you will be required to be onsite, there can be a combination of remote and onsite working.
Must have a Delivery background and know how primary care works. The role is to ensure the customer (Trusts) are happy, put processes in place to ensure this. Find faults and correct them
Be able to deal with GP Surgeries
Build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Very strong interpersonal skills
The role is 2 months initially with extensions.
