Business Analyst/ English speaking site, large EU client, long term contract starting at 6 months based in The Haag, the Netherlands.
As Business Analyst you understand fast the objectives and the scope of the project, what the client has today and where he heads for.
You gather the user requirements through different techniques (documentation, meetings, trainings, etc.) and you define the scope and requirements in a functional documentation.
Taking into account all the quality constraints, you take an active role in the creation of the adequate solution for the client.
You support the experts in the definition of the technical constraints and in the design of the solution.
You are an actor of the project progress, constantly in relation with the client and the project delivery team.
You report to the project manager, or you can act as the project manager on smaller projects.
Profile
- You have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Master degree is an asset
- You have experience in functional design and analysis
- You are pragmatic and solutions oriented
- You have excellent communication skills and you can write complex documents and deliver presentations
- You are open-minded, problem-solver, with good communication skills.
- You are flexible, pro-active, structured and quality oriented
- You speak fluent English
Experience:
- You have strong analytical skills
- Previous experience with Business Process Modeling
- Experience in requirements managements tool(s)
- Experience in UML
- Experience in case management/case360
- Business knowledge of patent management is a plus
