We are looking for a motivated person to join a team focusing on Documentum Administration, working in Luxembourg City on a large-scale IT infrastructure project.
The mission includes the operational support of the platform and the response to customer incidents.
Ideal candidate would be someone who is very at ease with Linux and Shell scripting, has some curiosity, and has managed some kind of complex application on top with even a beginner proficiency. Preferably a Document management product (Documentum, Alfresco, Oracle WCC, MS Sharepoint). Documentum can be learnt during the role within the team.
Required skills:
- Work to improve operational efficiency by providing automation and contribute to updating procedures
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Shell scripting and SQL
Desirable tech skills :
- Knowledge of Electronic Records Management solutions
- Experience writing Ansible jobs
Soft skills :
- Ability to work and communicate in a multi-cultural environment
- Service-oriented mind-set
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally in a clear and concise manner
- Initiative, accuracy and attention to detail
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Any other European language is a plus
• Working experience in a medium to large IT environment is a plus
