We are a growing, exclusive Recruitment Company who is looking for our next team member to join our team.
Daily tasks include:
- Sourcing candidates for your clients through head-hunting, networking, advertising and use of the company’s database.
- Contract negotiations
- Daily communication and liaising with clients, candidates and advertising teams.
- Sourcing new roles and client meetings
- Dealing with general queries
Full training for this role will be provided. However, we are looking for candidates with:
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Target driven and comfortable working in a competitive environment
- Ability to manage own workload
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office
- Be of smart appearance with a mature attitude
- Ideally previous sales experience
- No previous IT experience required
Our offices are based in Hamble which is a 10-minute drive from Southampton and is easily commutable by Train or Bus.
