Our client, a world-renowned company requires a Business Analyst to support the development of key systems, both internal and customer-facing. To liaise with Finance, Sales and Marketing and Web teams, and work with vendors in order to realise the development of new, business-critical systems.
The role is Hybrid, and you will be required to be onsite in the London Office 2 Days a week

Responsibilities:
Work with the business to define requirements
Analyse data sources and outputs to contribute to logical and physical modelling and to prepare detailed specifications
Manage and support testing
Manage vendors to ensure they are delivering business value
Support the Project Office with lessons learned, best practices, and standardised methodologies
Provide project management support on smaller projects where required

Required:
Knowledge of and experience using business analysis techniques
Ability to elicit and capture requirements, including chairing requirements workshops
Experience of capturing workflows, both written and in BPMN/UML format
Experience of working with third-party APIs
Writing test scripts / scenarios and managing testing
JIRA experience
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

Our client, a respected Insurance firm, has a need for a Senior Analyst to join the team.

This role can be Permanent or Contract and if you require a Visa, Sponsorship and assistance will be available.

The Role:

Analyze and understand business processes and requirements to develop effective technical solutions.

Assist in the planning, design, development, of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.

Collaborate with IT team members, decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues.

Prepare functional specification documents in accordance with new business requirements.

Ensure compatibility and interoperability of business software applications.

Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.

Assist in the deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.

Identify, assess, and recommend software solutions and implementation partners to management.

Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed systems to aid management in making implementation decisions.

Participate and sometimes drive IT projects to ensure that system requirements and data engineering needs are addressed throughout the project life cycle.

Create systems models including integration points, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to internal stakeholders and third parties.

Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.

  • Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.
  • Prepare for a managerial role within the IT department, including developing leadership skills and gaining a deep understanding of the department's operations and strategy.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology, minimum of 3-4 years in systems analysis or functional analysis and 2-3 years in a team management role.

Proven experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems.

Strong understanding of business processes and technical systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Leadership potential and a desire to advance to a managerial role within the IT department.

Strong technical skills in SQL and databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).

The Role:

Your role:

The Business Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the design, implementation and

The Business Analyst works under the supervision of the Senior Project Manager of the Portal

Skills and experience required:

• Business analyst with strong background in testing.

• Expert knowledge and experience in using tools to model test cases.

• Testing skills: JUnit, SonarQube, Selenium, Katalon

• Formal training in recognized business analysis techniques, reinforced with appropriate work experience

• Formal training and extensive experience using the proven frameworks such as SCRUM software development framework (ideally including SCRUM master or product owner certification or equivalent).

• Experience in performing the role of a business analyst in IT software application development projects

Endeavour has a contract opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to assist them with an Enterprise Service Management implementation project.

You will work for a global organisation headquartered in Geneva and will be required to be based there.

The client is going through an IT transformational journey with the recommendation from the Internal Audit Division to deploy an Enterprise Service management (ESM) for the Administration, Finance and Management Sector. The objectives of this Business analysis is to drive the collection of requirements for each Business unit involved in the project and design the future processes for the implementation with the suite of product ServiceNow.

The selected Business Analyst will be required to support the Focal point and Project manager of the ESM project, interacting in an agile manner with all Business units involved in the Project, as well as External technical teams in charge of the implementation.

You will:
