Calling for an Assistant Financial Controller to join our leading client for an exciting career opportunity.

The selected Assistant Financial Controller will report to the Finance Controller and support individual Directors with financial and commercial information to assist the decision making process. As the SAP CO key user you will deal with ad hoc SAP requirements. You will be participating in the monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting which consist of both internal and external based reporting requirements.

As an Assistant Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

  • Revenue vs Cost matching analysis
  • Running the SAP CO/FI month-end process and ensuring that all reporting deadlines are met
  • Supporting the financial forecast & budget process for MS
  • Tagetik reporting and ad hoc reporting
  • Revenue Recognition

Business Analyst

Business Analyst with Microsoft 365 Compliance Center experience required for contract opportunity!

The selected Business analyst will join a financial sector client based in Luxembourg, and work closely with the Data Leakage Prevention subject matter experts (SMEs).

As a Business Analyst, your role will involve (but not be limited to) the following tasks:

  • Design and configure reports and dashboards in the Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre;
  • Generate reports and dashboards in Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre or other reporting tools as required (such as Excel);
  • Operate the Data Loss Prevention component in Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre (e.g. definition of policies);
  • Monitor the tool indicators, ensure thresholds are respected and adequate notification/escalation mechanisms are activated;
  • Provide end-user support for queries related to notifications and other tool behaviour (e.g. blocking of emails) related to the Microsoft 365 Compliance Centre;
  • Suggest improvements and perform fine-tuning for the tool operation;
  • Document decisions and design related to their own activities;
  • Investigation of operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements;
  • Assist in defining acceptance tests.

Required technical skills and experience:

  • Document and Content Management,
  • Reporting (including regulatory reporting),
  • Operational support on the monitoring of the M365 tool,
  • Knowledge of M365 Compliance Center (in particular Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention components),
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools (advanced use of Excel is mandatory).
  • Methodical investigation, analysis, review and documentation of all or part of a business in terms of business goals, objectives, functions and processes, the information used and the data on which the information is based;

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring key performance metrics in accordance to set targets, primarily revenues, acquisitions and player activity – forecasting and flagging underperforming metrics to the appropriate stakeholders
