PPC Specialist – Digital Marketing Agency

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PPC Specialist to join a growing and forward-thinking digital marketing agency. This is an ideal role for an early to mid-level PPC professional looking to develop their paid media career within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
You’ll work with ambitious brands across a variety of sectors, supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in delivering measurable results while continuing to build your technical and strategic expertise.
This is a hybrid role, with a minimum of three days per week office-based. Following successful completion of probation, two days per week remote working is available.
The Role
As a PPC Specialist, you will support and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring performance, efficiency and alignment with client objectives.
You will collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to campaign strategy, optimisation and reporting, helping drive continuous improvement and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta
Support allocation and management of PPC budgets across multiple accounts
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience targeting
Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy in line with platform policies
Assist with conversion tracking setup and performance monitoring
Run structured A/B tests and performance experiments
Analyse campaign data and contribute to client reporting and insights
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to identify growth opportunities
Ensure paid media activity aligns with broader marketing strategies
About You
Minimum 1 year of hands-on PPC experience (agency experience preferred)
Experience planning, launching and optimising PPC campaigns
Working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
Familiarity with GA4 and campaign performance reporting
Understanding of conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager advantageous)
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Confident writing persuasive ad copy and calls-to-action
Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
