Candidate rate: 650 Euros per day

Location: Brussels (Anderlecht), 2 days/week onsite and 3 days remote

As the DT Lead Application Services Run, you will support the execution of large multi-million, multi-year contracts .You will provide guidance to stakeholders, introduce best practices to ensure operational model excellence, and serve as the primary point of contact for a pool of external resources.
Additionally, you will help and support the integration of automation and generative AI technologies to enhance service delivery, streamline processes, and drive innovation

Your main responsibilities:
Help drive the development and implementation of automation strategies to streamline AMS processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve efficiency

Monitor the performance of automated and AI-driven processes, ensuring they meet established SLAs and KPIs
Manage and maintain skills resilience and training compliance dashboards in collaboration with vendor/partner team/organization to maintain the right level of skills, in line with contract KPI and SLAs.
Track and monitor progress on key actions across teams (from monthly performance review meetings and vendor/partner steering committees) being the first point of contact for stakeholders
Manage activities around invoice reception, review, and approval.
Maintain Budget Management Dashboard to ensure good insights on spend and to take mindful decisions on resource allocation
Help towards scoping, forecasting, budget planning.
Maintain effectiveness in knowledge transfer of DT applications from project to support team.
Facilitate DT audits as appropriate towards teams – Quality, Security

Essential skills and experience required:

5+ years’ experience in Enterprise DT organizations
5+ years’ experience in Service Management with a good understanding of Incident, Service Request, Change Request processes
Strong understanding of automation tools and platforms, as well as generative AI technologies. This includes the ability to develop and implement automation and AI strategies that align with the organisation’s goals and objectives by identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration and creating roadmaps for implementation
Experience in managing projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget)
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. This includes the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
You are familiar with GxP processes
Knowledge or willingness to learn PowerBI reporting
Proficient in English is essential
