The successful candidate will also have a passion for all aspects of SEO including technical optimisation, content creation and backlink strategy and execution.  You will have the skill to turn this passion into an implementable and controllable SEO optimisation plan.

You enjoy working proactively, contributing and guiding marketing strategy, owning the commercial targets for your Digital Marketing channels, contributing new revenue generating ideas and reporting regularly on progress, KPI’s, wins and challenges.  You enjoy working with technical and operational colleagues to deliver great customer experience.

The role:

  • Working with the eCommerce Director, create, implement, optimise and drive the digital marketing plan for all brands, always viewing the plan through a commercial lens.
  • Use keyword, competitor and market research to develop compelling insights regarding opportunities and data to support growth plans.
  • Produce valuable and engaging SEO focused content for our website and blogs that both attract visits and convert to bookings.
  • Undertake regular technical SEO audits and action changes to ensure they operate to their full potential.  Build backlink outreach programs as well as other off page SEO activity such as PR.
  • Produce marketing reports, including sales stats, traffic, performance metrics and future plans to demonstrate how your channels are performing against its targets and what actions are needed to ensure it continues to do so.
  • Work closely with our in-house Development team to continuously improve our websites to meet our business goals – continuously improving conversion rate, acquisition, customer retention metrics as well as user experience, branding and design.
  • Ensure your content is used to develop engaging and compelling social media, affiliate and email campaigns – all three being important digital channels for our B2C brand portfolio.
  • As needed, support B2B marketing efforts with the repurposing of consumer content and email campaigns as well as development of B2B marketing material
  • Keep informed on new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new opportunities and technologies.

Taxonomy Contractor Required

Taxonomy Contractor required for a rolling contract near Farnborough, just south of London
The candidate will be taking existing data our client holds and with taxonomy they will create better data to improve SEO performance for internet searches.

Additional experience with PPC and SEO would be a desirable.

The contract will start as a one month contract, if the project is successful there will be 6 months plus of work.

E-Commerce Manager

Endeavour Recruitment has a unique opportunity for an E-Commerce Manager.  The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in an E-Commerce environment.  A working from home option may be considered for this role.  Salary would be in the region of £40K + with an excellent benefits package for the right candidate.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daily running of the clients’ websites and marketplaces - including updating and maintenance of listings/banners/promotions etc.
  • Promoting and marketing our clients’ e-commerce offering
  • Website improvements - new features, improved User Interface
  • Maintaining the client portal
  • Plan and update pricing/product data across product type
  • Analysis of price lists and compare against competitor offerings
  • Maintenance of product and price database
  • Participation in the marketing strategy for Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media, Google AdWords, Blog writing and other marketing tasks as required

 

Skills and Experience:

The successful person will have management, e-commerce and marketing skills/experience. Plus demonstrate:

  • The ability to coordinate and/or maintain and update websites (via a CMS)
  • A proven record of marketing both online and offline
  • Effective use of social media and email
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to drive team work
  • Proficient in using relevant software - including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Able to start within the next 4-6 weeks

Endeavour Recruitment are seeking a Front End Web Designer for a contract role based in West Sussex.   The successful candidate will be the link between design and implementation, therefore you must have excellent HTML5/CSS3 skills.  Ideally you will have a 1st Class Honours Degree in Web Design and 3-4 years’ experience.
