Business Analyst / Logistic Flows

A vacancy for a Business Analyst logistic flows has arisen from our client in Toulouse. You will join the IT for Logistic Flows Solutions team currently working on a Resource Planning project that aims to harmonize processes and solutions in all commercial FALs and Plants, in order to deliver business value for Procurement, Manufacturing and Supply Chain. The harmonization is going through a simplification of way of working and aims to integrate all processes in a single core model solution (single platform).

You will develop a solid understanding of the customer's existing business and business processes ideally end-to end, the key drivers and measures of success for the business, and the short- and long-term direction of the business and related technologies. You will translate your understanding and knowledge of the business into feasible IT Products in collaboration with the IT Product Manager while ensuring that the developed solutions are aligned with evolving customer needs.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation.
  • Produce documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer.
  • Define and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members.
  • Monitor external business trends in order to better challenge the business requirements.
  • Serve as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.

Required skills

  • At least 3 years’ experience in SAP (ideally SD, WM or EWM).
  • Ability to perform SAP customisation.
  • Team player Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable working within Agile SAFe methodology
  • Language Skills: Negotiation level of English. French would be a plus

Experience & Knowledge

  • Holder of a diploma of Engineer Bac+5 (or equivalent) in the field of cybersecurity or a related discipline.
  • 3 years minimum experience in a similar position and ISO 27001 certification.
  • Solid knowledge of cyberdefence products: IDSIIPS, management system of log, SIEM, vulnerability scanner, APT detection tools, etc.
  • Linux and Windows skills.
  • You're always curious, invested, concerned. As a team, you promote transparency and listening to your people.
  • Language skills: advanced level in English. Fluent in French or German

Endeavour has a fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced Billing Functional Analyst, to join a large Telcoms client, based in Belgium.

This is initially for a 3 months contract, that can be renewed for a minimum of 6 months and, for the right candidate, turn into a long-term opportunity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following deliverables:

  • Translation of the IT and business needs to functional specifications on which you also make a cost calculation.
  • Define the technical design
  • Manage estimates and ensure they are correct
  • In a project based way, you are creatively looking at different solutions.
  • Ensure a clear and structured documentation and this to the users, designers, developers, testers and operations.
  • Give the necessary functional support to colleagues and users.

 

  Required skills/knowledge:

  • You are a Bachelor or Master in Informatics or equal by experience
  • Fluent in English
  • 3-4 years’ experience as Functional Analyst
  • Experience in a complex IT environment
  • Functional knowledge of Billing is most useful
  • Knowledge of Telecom is an advantage
  • Experience on (BILling) applications running on Mainframe servers, and/or in Cobol is an advantage.
  • French and/or Dutch are an asset
