Business/System analyst

Business/System Analyst required urgently in Poland to join a reputable European institution for a contract opportunity!

English speaking environment.

Our client is looking for an experienced Business/System analyst with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including strong UML and Sparx experience.

The selected business/System analyst will have the following responsibilities:

  • Analyses business processes, capabilities, functional requirements and user
  • stories
  • Transfers requirements and user stories into system design and specifications
  • Models and documents Application and Data Architectures and its elements:
  • logical data model, system roles, use cases, acceptance criteria, system logic
  • and UI prototypes in cooperation with GUI specialist.
  • Manages non-functional requirements
  • Identify options for potential solutions
  • Maintains Application and Data Architectures in systems lifecycle
  • Presents and explains software design to business experts and product owners
  • Contributes to systems prototyping by UX designers Framework Contract for the development of ICT software solution for EBCG Team Members

Required skills/experience:

  • Has at least 5 years of experience in IT
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in analysis of IT systems in role of Business/System Analyst (or equivalent)
  • Primary Expert in Business and System analysis and requirements elicitation
  • Expert in modelling notation such as UML and BPMN
  • Knows how to develop Application and Data Architectures and its elements.
  • Knows system development methodologies.
  • Is proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others.

Objective:

To facilitate business stakeholders to articulate their processes, data and business requirements in relation to resolving personal data requirements in line with GDPR and producing a single source of truth.

To help develop solutions with relevant technology and business benefit to satisfy business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Assist Data and Solution Architects with documenting the data, system and process flows for personal data and documenting the proposed solution both technically, with process and with roles and responsibilities.

Investigate operational needs, problems and opportunities; contribute to the (and where necessary provide evidence for challenge) recommendation of improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes and organisation capabilities.

Assist in defining acceptance tests for these recommendations.

Use established techniques to identify current problems and elicit, specify and document business functional, data and non-functional requirements for simple subject areas with clearly-defined boundaries.
