Analytics Manager

This is a permanent position based in Malta.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching team members, and ensure that the team is equipped with the relevant knowledge and tools
  • Working with the regional teams to contribute to CRM campaign strategy and planning, forecasting of spend, and to provide insight-driven recommendations at all stages of the customer lifecycle
  • You will be the analytical partner for the CRM, VIP, Casino and Sports Managers to support in their daily work, promoting data driven decision making around all player activities
  • Working closely with Key Account Managers to help them fully understand the VIP portfolio, and what drives VIP activity at different stages of the lifecycle.
  • Owning all CRM outbound communication stats (SMS, emails, outbound calling, push notifications) – Deliverability, Open and Click rates etc, enabling the teams to improve continually.
  • Guiding the teams to understand why some customers play Game A in preference to Game B, and how we can influence customers behaviour with specific CRM activities at certain parts of their lifecycle.
  • Assisting the managers in predicting bonus risk and fraud elements of a campaign by truly understanding gaming behaviours.
  • Analysing CRM & VIP spend to ensure optimisation of investment per lifecycle stage.
  • Driving insights around VIP events management ensuring effective investment in this area.

Requirements

  • Experience within people manager roles with coaching experience
  • A degree (or equivalent) in one of the quantitative areas (e.g. Statistics, Maths or Economics)
  • A keen interest and a deep understanding in Sports and Casino
  • 4+ years’ experience as an analyst
  • Experience with best base tools (e.g. advanced Excel, use of relational databases such as MySQL) as well as packaged tools such as QlikView, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Programming languages such as SQL
  • Desirable – Worked with Knime, JIRA and/or Confluence

Endeavour Recruitment has an excellent contract opportunity for an experienced SharePoint Analyst to join a client in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.

The SharePoint Analyst must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SharePoint Online to fulfil the requirements for the role as a SharePoint Analyst.

It is desirable that the SharePoint Analyst has experience with ASP.NET MVC but having experience and knowledge of CSOM is essential. The duration of this role is initially for 3 months and the all-inclusive daily rate is €475 euros.

What is expected of the SharePoint Analyst? - Role and Responsibilities:

Our client is looking for a SharePoint Analyst that has knowledge of the SharePoint Online functionalities and technicalities. You will be responsible for putting in place the technical integration between SharePoint Online and the 3rd party solution selected for this project and also provide guidance and expertise during workshops.

Technical Test Analyst

The Technical Test Analyst must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting functional testing of web applications to fulfil the requirements for the role as a Test Analyst.
It is desirable that the Technical Test Analyst holds an ISEB/ISTQB certification but being able to compose suitable Test Documentation is essential. The duration of this role is initially for 6 months and the all-inclusive daily rate is €350 euros.
What is expected of the Technical Test Analyst? - Role and Responsibilities:
• Taking the lead and advising on the test analysis, design and execution of specific parts related to a large monolithic core solution currently being re-engineered to a micro service-based application
• Design, code and execute new automated GUI tests based on C#/Selenium Web driver triggered by continuous integration of builds.
• Design, code and execute automated tests of REST-API (micro) services running on Docker Swarm clusters
• Design and execute manual test scripts of the Solution
• Design and execute performance test scripts (based on JMeter)
• Design and execute testing of system integrations, data migrations or BI solutions 
• Creating representative test data for the Solution.
Required Skills:
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting functional testing of web applications.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing, coding and executing automated GUI tests using a (.net or JAVA) programming language and respective tools, such as Selenium WebDriver
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in designing, coding and executing automated REST-API tests on applications based on a micro-service architecture or running in containers

• A minimum 6 months of experience in conducting performance testing of web applications / services
